Blooming Beginnings: Our Story & Passion for Floristry

Petal & Blüm (pronounced 'bloom') is a home-based florist located in Sylvan Lake, AB, dedicated to sharing the beauty of plants and flowers through workshops and social media. We strive to stand out from the typical home plant shop by engaging in community events and supporting causes close to our hearts, such as Saving Grace Animal Rescue, the Red Deer & Sylvan Lake Christmas Bureau, and the Red Deer Hospice.

At every workshop, the first thing I tell people is: ‘Petal & Blüm is my passion, and I love sharing my knowledge’. We started with terrarium workshops, but today we offer so much more! From custom seasonal planters to eucalyptus shower bundles, house plants, and annuals in the spring and summer, our offerings continue to grow. And of course, we’re known for our beloved Flower Bar.
